ZGate Overview
ZGate is a wireless timing gate system for sprint, agility, and change-of-direction testing. As the athlete crosses each gate, the system records the moment with millisecond precision and shows live splits on the tablet.
System components

A test uses several gates (start, splits, finish). The app connects to each gate over Bluetooth and orders them according to the distances defined by the drill.
Key features
Section titled “Key features”- Millisecond timing — built-in false-trigger rejection, so arm swings and similar interference don’t produce bad times.
- Splits — per-gate split time, interval time, and interval velocity.
- Reactive start — reaction-time start mode records the athlete’s start reaction.
- Parallel lanes — test several lanes at once for team sessions.
- One athlete record — speed results live next to force-plate data in Hootuo Hub.
How it fits the platform
Section titled “How it fits the platform”ZGate shares the same accounts and athlete roster as the ZPlate force plate. Coaches capture on the tablet in the field; results sync to the cloud automatically, and analysis, trends, and reports happen in Hootuo Hub.
